The module for group consolidation in the WinLine ACC1 enables cross-client master data maintenance and data evaluation. To do this, specify in the account master data which data areas are to be maintained centrally and which are to be kept separately in the individual clients. So it is e.g. It is possible to record changes in the subordinate account master across clients, while the payment conditions, however, are still set client-specifically.
The group consolidation simplifies many processes in your company. You can optionally create your advance VAT return for each client individually, but you can also output a consolidated UVA summed up across several clients. This option represents a great simplification, especially for tax groups that have to report a single UVA for their various branches.
For cross-client evaluations, you define a so-called “leading” client in which all data from the sub-clients are merged. Here you then evaluate the assigned data in detail and in total. This applies e.g. for reporting in the CRM area or for evaluating open items and balances.
The data check is also simplified. The program checks the data of the selected main and / or sub-clients very comfortably in just one run for consistency, integrity and plausibility.
The consolidation function also takes effect in auto-posting. Select posting batches from various clients from the main or a sub-client and post them centrally. The individual posting batches and the action plans are stored in the individual clients. You can also process the period and annual depreciation for several clients at the same time and post them automatically in the WinLine ACC1.
