The integrated dunning system in your WinLine ACC1 already supports you in minimizing your outstanding accounts. The WinLine MAPRO module supports you in further shortening the payment channels of your defaulting customers. With the help of WinLine MAPRO, you send the underlying invoice when you send a reminder by e-mail. In this way, your customer is directly informed about the object of the reminder. Time-consuming queries are a thing of the past.
 

Requirements for the use of WinLine MAPRO

The WinLine MAPRO is an additional module for the  WinLine ACC1. In order to assign copies of invoices to a reminder and to send them together with it, the use of WinLine ACC2 and the direct booking of the outgoing invoices in the WinLine ACC1 are required
