WinLine is now certified for electronically supported tax audits (euBP)

We are pleased to announce that WinLine has been officially certified for euBP. With this certification, our software meets all legal requirements for the electronic transmission of audit data in Germany – an important step towards a modern, digital audit process.

The system audit by the German Pension Insurance (DRV) and the ITSG has been successfully completed. The final stages of completion are currently underway, with the release of the new euBP functions scheduled for November 2025.

With euBP support, companies will in future be able to provide all relevant data for tax audits electronically in a simple, structured and legally compliant manner. This significantly reduces the workload on-site and enables efficient and transparent cooperation with the tax authorities.

To use the extended functions for the electronic transmission of certificates (euBP) in WinLine Financial Accounting in conjunction with ‘dakota.ag’, the WinLine euBP add-on module is required.

The new functions demonstrate once again that WinLine is not only a powerful ERP system, but also actively supports companies in efficiently implementing legal requirements and modernising their processes.
