Quality management system

Our quality management system (QMS) in the WinLine supports you in the organization and implementation of inspection requirements and inspections as well as article release and blocking. In this way, you ensure optimum product quality. The QMS also offers you the opportunity to carry out seamless article tracking in accordance with EU Regulation 178/2002.

Quality management runs through the entire WinLine range. This ensures that only items, batches or semi-finished goods that have been approved are taken into account in production planning or order processing.

However, not all of your items may need to be released before sale or further processing. Define the release statuses required in your company individually and specify which items, batches or semi-finished goods fall under the release check.

Evaluations in WinLine ACC2 allow you to track an article or batch at any time. This allows you to see exactly which customer has received a particular article, which product a particular batch has been included in or which batches a product consists of.
