WinLine SCORE

Gamification

Implemented gamification concepts serve as the basis for the WinLine SMART SCORE. This makes it possible to use playful components to visualize the degree of achievement of set goals and thus to achieve increased employee motivation.

Successes

For this purpose, one-off or repeatable so-called “successes” can be defined in the WinLine, which are based on almost any data, e.g. B. Sales or CRM activities. In contrast to successes that are achieved and completed once, repeatable successes are used for continuous measurement and goal setting.

Milestones

Successes are milestones the achievement of which leads to a distant goal. Milestones show the user how close he is to his goal - which he has been working towards for weeks, months or even years.

Goals

In the WinLine SMART SCORE, employees can view their current status in rankings at any time in order to compare and improve themselves directly with other employees.

Where does the data come from?

All data that can be used in WinLine Score for calculating points for ranking lists or for creating (repeatable) successes comes from data sources.

Since all the concepts implemented in the WinLine SMART SCRORE work with (SMART) users, a reference to the user must be present in every data source that is used for the creation of ranking lists or (repeatable) successes. This does not have to be a direct user number - references to a representative or employee can also be resolved accordingly, provided they have been stored with a (SMART) user.

If you want to use a data source for repeatable success, at least a date must be available in addition to the user reference. This date can be used to determine when the value has been reached and thus be added to the correct period.

When creating rules for rankings, achievements, and repeatable achievements, only those data sources can be selected that meet these conditions.

Point calculations and achievement of achievements are based solely on the current version of the data source. If a data source is deleted, achievements or points that have already been credited to a user may disappear again. If the points are not up-to-date, the first step is to update the respective data source.

Requirement

The use of the WinLine SMART SCORE requires the use of a WinLine BI module.
