E-invoice
From 2025, companies in Germany will face a new challenge: the introduction of e-invoicing! From 1 January 2025, invoices between German companies must be transmitted electronically.

Legal requirement ‘Electronic invoice’
Electronic invoicing is coming to Germany
When introducing them, a distinction must be made between incoming and outgoing invoices. The receipt of e-invoices between domestic companies will be mandatory from 1 January 2025, with transitional regulations in place for sending.
Electronic invoices are issued in a structured electronic XML format, which is based on the EU standard EN 16931. This uniform standard enables the electronic receipt, transmission and processing of invoices.
Important for you: With WinLine you are on the safe side with e-billing! The requirements can be implemented in existing WinLine modules.
What applies in Austria?
Although electronic invoicing is not yet mandatory for Austrian companies, the pressure is already growing for them, as the EU-ViDA Directive (VAT in the Digital Age) - planned from 2028 - provides for digital reporting and structured, electronic invoicing within the EU. It is therefore also advisable for these companies to consider the introduction of e-invoicing now.

WinLine VOUCHER PRO
The receipt and processing of structured e-invoices in XML format takes place in WinLine ACC1 and WinLine ACC2 with the WinLine VOUCHER PRO module.
Archive invoices in accordance with the law
WinLine ARCHIVE
The WinLine ARCHIVE enables you to archive your invoices in an audit-proof manner and thus also fulfils the requirements of immutability for electronic invoices.

In addition to structured electronic invoices, you can also use this module to map the ‘XRechnung’ and ‘ZUGFeRD (Factur-X)’ standards commonly used in Germany.

Although the new spreadsheet tool looks like Microsoft Excel and offers almost the same range of functions, it is optimally integrated into WinLine. You can now perform your calculations directly in the business software!
WinCalc impresses with its high performance and enables fast, smooth calculations. It is perfectly suited for classic calculations, the creation of master data sheets, BWA analyses and much more.
The extended functions of WinCalc are part of the WinLine BI CORPORATE module and are available to you in this environment - an indispensable tool for all those who want to process their data professionally and efficiently.
